The subject of his master’s thesis is to study the effectiveness of mitigating measures for reducing structural vibrations in moveable bridges. These structural vibrations are mainly caused by the heavy traffic circulating on the bridges. The goal of the research is to quantify the impact of different mitigating measures for structural life-time extension of moveable bridges.
