Eliam Vlijm

Eliam is an open and driven consultant. He works as specialist and projectmanager. He enjoys solving technical challenges and is able to explain complex problems in a simple way. Eliam obtained a degree in Aerospace Engineering at the TU Delft in 2007. After his graduation he developed himself as one of the leading specialist in the field of railway vibrations and structural dynamics in the Netherlands.

Eliam gained much experience in vibration studies in the Netherlands and abroad. In most studies he has a role as projectmanager and technical lead. His work consists of making vibration predictions based on measurements and numerical modelling. Eliam also has experience in structural engineering, especially when dynamic effects need to be considered. Next to technical work he enjoys projectmanagent and the interaction between engineering and policy making. Eliam is regularly supervisor of Master thesis students at the TU Delft. He is board member of the Dutch Vibration Association (NTV). Eliam is also chairman at the annual Dutch congress on Noise, Vibration and Air Quality GTL.
